My name is Ythel Pantaleon, I am from the Philippines. My family came to New Zealand on 2012. I have two sons, and a granddaughter. I started Jemma’s in 2015 and enjoy being a homebased educator. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Psychology in the Philippines. I have finished my Level 4 ECE in 2021
Children’s emotional well-being, health and safety are my priority. With my background as Psychology graduate, I have learnt different approaches for children with different character and needs. Given the opportunity for me to look after children is a big responsibility as the parents entrusted me their child. Myself and my family loves music, that is why children in my care experience learning through music and dancing. Children’s communication skills are being development as we dance and sing. Baking is one o f my passion and this passion is also pass on to the children. Books, puzzles, building blocks, pretend play, play dough and motor skills development are our day to day activities.
Days of Week Available:
Monday to Friday – 7.00am to 6.00pm or by negotiation
Qualifications:
New Zealand Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care Level 4
